Since tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products often involve batch-specific manufacturing, transportation, and project-based procurement, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds may be processed.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or delivery confirmation.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through phone or email and approved by our sales team.

Mahaveer Ceramic World reserves the right to deduct applicable processing, handling, or procurement charges where necessary.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing defect identified before installation.
• Product damaged during transportation.
• Significant mismatch with confirmed order specifications.

All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Installed products.
• Used products.
• Customized or special-order items.
• Clearance or promotional sale items.
• Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation.
• Shade variation claims after installation.

4. Inspection Process

All return requests are subject to inspection and verification by our team. Approval will be provided only after confirming the reported issue.

5. Refund Process

Upon approval:

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Bank transfers may be used where necessary.
• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in situations involving:

• Missing accessories.
• Opened packaging.
• Minor customer-caused damages.
• Restocking requirements.

7. Transportation Charges

Delivery, handling, unloading, and transportation charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Manufacturer Warranty

Products covered under manufacturer warranty shall be handled according to the respective manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.
